RECTANGULAR TEXTILE CARTS

- Polyethylene textile carts are made in mono-block structure. They are produced on two lines in cylinder and rectangular forms. Body bearing mechanism of the cylindrical textile carts comprises of three cone bearings. This mechanism provides perfect turning on the cart axis. Corners of rectangular carts are oval. This provides great ease of use in carriage and stacking. Capped screws are used in internal surfaces of the textile carts. These ensure no thread or fabric gets snagged. Undercarriage of the cart comprises metal reinforcement to increase load resistance and a special framework for connection of wheel system. With specially designed bearings the wheels have a long useful life. Since there is no metal on its edges the cart does not damage machinery or other products.
